You can choose among our own house designs or designs of other architects. Here you will also find local architects and builders and they will create and deliver your dream home.

All our architects and builders are trained and certified in the Exipnos build method and will provide you 100% customer satisfaction.

Factory Manufacturing

Our factory is using the most modern machinery but with traditional natural materials. We use in-organic materials that are noble and will last generations. Your house is pre-manufactured within optimal conditions, with a well trained specialized team of craftsmen that ensure 100% quality.

All technical components, water, electricity, heating/cooling systems are tested prior to delivery. You will receive all testing reports at delivery and know that your house will be functioning at 100%.

Local Build Team

Your full house is delivered in separate sections that are assemblied onsite by the local build team. The local team will then pour concrete into the prepared sections and the whole house will the be a monolithic steel reinforced concrete home.

It's the best construction method adapted to all local environments including sesmic zones. Our eco-climate walls/roofs are energy efficient and provid you with quality home environment both in the summer and winter.
